  • 1/2 cup mixed sprouts (e.g., moong and chickpeas), steamed
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Combine the steamed sprouts, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and green chili in a bowl.
  2. Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Serve immediately as a fresh, healthy snack or light meal.
