Ingredients:
- Whole wheat pizza base – 1 no
- For herb grilled chicken:
- Chicken (shredded)- 75 g
- Garlic (finely minced) – 2 cloves
- Dried herbs (thyme, basil, oregano)– 1 tsp
- 1 cup chopped peppers
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1 tsp
For the tomato sauce-
- Tomato (chopped)- 2 medium sizes
- Garlic- 2 cloves
- Capsicum (chopped)- 1 medium size
- Salt- as per taste
- Black pepper- a pinch
- Oil- 1 tsp
For the Alfredo sauce-
- Butter- 1 tsp
- Feta cheese- 2 tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.

Directions:
For the herb grilled chicken:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and let the chicken marinate for 2 hours.
- Add oil in a pan and grill the chicken from both sides, till golden brown, add cup chopped peppers in the end and cook 5-7 mins. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Add oil to a pan.
- Add garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes capsicum and water.
- Cook till tomatoes and capsicum have cooked and all the extra water is evaporated. Add salt and black pepper.
- For the Alfredo sauce: Heat butter in a pan.
- Add salt and black pepper. Add feta cheese.
- On the pizza, a base spread some tomato sauce, Alfredo sauce, and grilled chicken and peppers on top, heat the pizza base with topping in the microwave for 2-3 mins.
