Excellent option for anyone who is looking out for a complete diet plan which is easy to stick to as well as extremely effective!!
Through Natasha and her team’s thorough weekly follow ups, I was able to lose 6 kgs in the first month itself.

It’s been a month only started my diet prog n should say thanks to insta Wher I happen to see the add TWN! Havent lost much but( lost inches )because no exercise , back n knee issues but Stil lost a bit n m sure I wil b able to loose more ! Natasha n my dietician Tanzila both tilt very sweet! Really liked the way my plan is made m on diet but I m eating ! Exploring new dishes ! Best part m not starving , learnt portion control ! Thank u so much looking forward for more weight loss in my journey n I bet I wil because my plan is Awsum !!

When it comes to nutritionist, I have to say natasha really goes out of her way to create sustainable plans. They are healthy, effective and yet easy to follow. I met her for a clinic appointment. Where we did my BCA and she explained everything in details.

I am immensely thankful for the guidance and support that Natasha ma'am and Tanzila ma'am has given me throughout my 3 months weight loss program, I lost 10 kgs straight and even after a big break, my weight didn't bounced back. Natasha has been an excellent Nutrionist to help me achieve my fitness goals- from weight loss to fat loss and muscle build. Her diet includes very simple recipes and no extreme dieting or fasting. I’ve come down from 58kg in August last year to 51kg today. My body feels healthier and stronger like never before! All credit goes to her and her team for supporting me in my fitness journey!
