PESTO CHICKEN WITH VEGGIES

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless and skinless chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1-2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 large zucchini chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F / You could make it on the stove
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, veggies, and pesto until the chicken and veggies are coated well with pesto.
  3. Transfer mixture to a large sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes/grill for 20– 25 mins
  4. Enjoy the dish!!
