Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast- 50gm (shredded)
- Salt- as per taste
- Pepper-a pinch
- Mixed vegetable- 1 katori
- Lettuce- 5g
- Tomatoes-5g
- Cucumber- 5g
- Zucchini- 5g
- Onions- 5g
- Fresh basil leaves- 2 tbsp
- Oil- ½ tsp

Directions:
- Preheat the grill to high heat.Cut the chicken into appropriate pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Let chicken cool. Slowly whisk in the oil.
- Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the chicken and transfer it to a medium bowl.
- In a large serving bowl, toss the mixed veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, and onions).
- Top with the chicken and serve.
