GRILLED CHICKEN WITH VEGGIES

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast- 50gm (shredded) 
  • Salt- as per taste 
  • Pepper-a pinch 
  • Mixed vegetable- 1 katori 
  • Lettuce- 5g
  • Tomatoes-5g 
  • Cucumber- 5g 
  • Zucchini- 5g 
  • Onions- 5g 
  • Fresh basil leaves- 2 tbsp 
  • Oil- ½ tsp

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.Cut the chicken into appropriate pieces.  Marinate the chicken pieces with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 
  2. Let chicken cool. Slowly whisk in the oil.  
  3. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.  
  4. Chop the chicken and transfer it to a medium bowl. 
  5. In a large serving bowl, toss the mixed veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, and onions).  
  6. Top with the chicken and serve.
