    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup broccoli florets

    • 1/4 cup onions, sliced
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) (can skip)
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
    2. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    3. Add Vegetables: Add the onions and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
    4. Add Remaining Vegetables: Add the broccoli florets, bell peppers, and snap peas. Continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
    5. Add Sauce: Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Stir well to ensure all vegetables are coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
    6. Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
