- 1/2 cup firm tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup edamame beans
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
