    Edamame Stir-Fry

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    • 2 tbsp oats flour (or almond flour)
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (as per taste)
    • 2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)

    Directions:

    1.  Mix Seeds: In a bowl, combine all seeds and oats flour.
    2. Add Water & Seasoning: Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and water to form a dough.
    3. Roll Thin: Roll out the dough between parchment paper into a thin sheet.
    4. Bake: Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–18 minutes or until crisp.
    5. Serve: Cool and enjoy as a crunchy snack.
