Excellent option for anyone who is looking out for a complete diet plan which is easy to stick to as well as extremely effective!! It’s been a month only started my diet prog n should say thanks to insta Wher I happen to see the add TWN! Havent lost much but( lost inches )because no exercise , back n knee issues but Stil lost a bit n m sure I wil b able to loose more ! Natasha n my dietician Tanzila both tilt very sweet! Really liked the way my plan is made m on diet but I m eating ! Exploring new dishes ! Best part m not starving , learnt portion control ! Natasha has been an excellent Nutrionist to help me achieve my fitness goals- from weight loss to fat loss and muscle build. Her diet includes very simple recipes and no extreme dieting or fasting.
