Healthy Rajgira Paratha

RAJGIRA ALOO PARTHA

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Rajgira (amaranth) flour
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix rajgira flour, cumin powder, and salt. Add water gradually to form a soft dough.
  2. Roll the Paratha: Roll the dough into small balls and flatten into paratha shapes.
  3. Cook the Paratha: Heat a griddle, cook the paratha on both sides with ghee or oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve: Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
