- 1/4 cup drumstick pieces (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup bottle gourd (doodhi), chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil, sauté onions and ginger.
- Add drumstick, bottle gourd, and water.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are soft.
- Mash slightly or strain for clear soup.
- Add salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Serve warm.
