    Dudhi Drumstick Soup

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup drumstick pieces (cut into 2-inch pieces)
    • 1/4 cup bottle gourd (doodhi), chopped
    • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)

    Directions:

    1. Heat 1/2 tsp oil, sauté onions and ginger.
    2. Add drumstick, bottle gourd, and water.
    3. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are soft.
    4. Mash slightly or strain for clear soup.
    5. Add salt and black pepper, mix well.
    6. Serve warm.
