Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soaked and cooked masoor (whole red lentil)
- 1/2 cup kale leaves, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup coloured capsicum cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup cucumber cubes
- 1/4 cup red cabbage cubes
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup sliced carrot
- 2 tbsp carrot juliennes
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juic
