Ingredients:
- 2 cups soaked, drained and boiled kabuli chana (white chickpeas)
- 3/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped spring onion whites and greens
- salt to taste
- 1 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp curd
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
- For the mint dressing: Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using a little water. Keep aside.
