Ingredients:
- Milk – 1 cup [100ml]
- Custard powder -1 tsp
- Fruits (Apple, pear, and pomegranate) – ½ cup [for garnish]
- Nuts (Almonds/ Walnuts) – ½ tsp
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Mix 1 tsp of custard powder with 2 tbsp. of lukewarm milk and make a smooth paste so that it does not form lumps.
- Boil the remaining milk.
- Add the custard paste into the milk and stir continuously until it becomes thick.
- Let it cool. Add fruits and nuts. Serve chilled.
