    Healthy Mango Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:

    • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk)
    • 1/4 cup fresh mango puree
    • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • A few mango chunks for topping

    Directions:

    1. Mix Chia & Milk: In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to avoid lumps.
    2. Add Sweetener & Vanilla: Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, if using.
    3. Let It Set: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the chia seeds expand and form a pudding-like consistency.
    4. Add Mango: Once set, mix in the fresh mango puree.
    5. Top & Serve: Garnish with a few mango chunks and serve chilled.
