Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup jaggery powder
  • 1tsp Stevia
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup ground almonds
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tap salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and line a 4x4inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the jaggery powder and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to this and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs and beat well.
  5. Fold in the oat flour, ground almonds,stevia, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until there are no flour pockets.
  6. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  7. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
