    Healthy Sesame Nuts Laddoo

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
    • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
    • 1 tbsp jaggery or date paste
    • 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
    • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

    Directions:

    1. Roast Sesame Seeds: Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
    2. Roast Nuts: In the same pan, lightly roast the mixed nuts for 2-3 minutes. Let them cool and then coarsely grind.
    3. Melt Jaggery: In a small pan, heat ghee and add jaggery or date paste. Stir until the jaggery melts and turns syrupy.
    4. Mix Ingredients: Add roasted sesame seeds, ground nuts, and cardamom powder to the jaggery mixture. Stir well.
    5. Shape Laddoos: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into small laddoos.
