Natasha is very careful about specifics without overwhelming me with strict restrictions. She cares for finer details and makes sure that weight loss is beyond looking a certain way, it is about making small sustainable changes that go a long way. I am still training with Natasha, and I am really excited about all the changes I am confident I will see when I train with her. I’ll make sure to come back in 6 months and post a before-after when I can.
