- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil, sauté onions, garlic, and broccoli.
- Add vegetable broth, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Blend slightly for a smooth texture, or leave it chunky.
- Add salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Serve warm.
