Ingredients:
- 75g chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, zucchini)
- 1/4 cup canned or boiled kidney beans
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pot, sauté garlic, chicken, and vegetables.
- Add tomatoes, kidney beans, pasta, and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is cooked.
- Add salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Serve warm.
