Comforting anti-inflammatory meal with gut-friendly spices
Ingredients:
- Cooked basmati rice – 1.5 cups
- Tomatoes – 2, chopped
- Onion – 1, chopped
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves – few
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
- Heat ghee and add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Add onions and sauté till golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste & tomatoes. Cook till soft.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Mix in cooked rice and cook for 2–3 minutes.
