Ingredients:
- Finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot, and french beans 1 cup
- Green peas- 10 gms
- Chopped green chili 1tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste � tsp
- Broken wheat(Dalia)- 30 gms
- Turmeric powder � tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds � tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Chopped coriander – to garnish
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and saute till the onions turn translucent. Add the chopped vegetables and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the broken wheat, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt along with 1 cup of water and mix well. Pressure cook for 1-2 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Serve hot.
