Gut-friendly, fibre-rich comfort meal
Ingredients:
- Daliya – ½ cup
- Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
- Moong dal – ¼ cup
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Jeera – ½ tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
- Wash daliya & moong dal well.
- Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera.
- Add vegetables and sauté.
- Add daliya, dal, turmeric & salt.
- Add 2 cups of water & pressure cook for 3 whistles.
