Easy and Healthy Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup carrot(120 g), diced
  • 1 cup broccoli floret(175 g)
  • 1 Cup chopped spring onion
  • 2 cups brown rice(400 g), cooked
  • ½ cup peas(75 g)
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet, and cook garlic until softened.
  2. Add the chicken, salt, pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots and broccoli, spring onion, and sauté until tender.
  4. Add the rice, soy sauce, and peas, and mix thoroughly.
