Ingredients:
- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 5 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1 and 1/2 cup Cauliflower Cut into small florets
- 1 Red Pepper / Green Pepper
- 1/2 cup Beans Cut into small pieces
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 Blckpeppercorn
- 1-inch Cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Wash the rice and add it to the bowl of the rice cooker.
- Add water, peas, cauliflower, beans, pepper, cloves, black peppercorn, cinnamon, salt to taste, and garam masala powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
- Add the oil to the rice mixture.
- Close the lid of the rice cooker and switch it on.
- Wait for the light to come to green.
- Fluff the pulao gently with a fork.
- Serve hot with raita.
