Tofu Veggie Stir-Fry

Tofu Veggie stir fry

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup firm tofu (cubed)
  • ¼ cup bell peppers (mixed colors, sliced)
  • 2 tbsp onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1.  Sauté Tofu: In a pan, heat oil and lightly sauté tofu cubes till golden.
  2. Add Veggies: Toss in bell peppers and onion, cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Flavor: Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Toss: Cook for 1–2 more minutes till flavors combine.
  6. Serve: Enjoy hot as a protein-rich meal.
