Ingredients:
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp oats flour (or almond flour)
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (as per taste)
2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)
Directions:
Mix Seeds: In a bowl, combine all seeds and oats flour.
Add Water & Seasoning: Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and water to form a dough.
Roll Thin: Roll out the dough between parchment paper into a thin sheet.
Bake: Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–18 minutes or until crisp.
Serve: Cool and enjoy as a crunchy snack.
