Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt (curd)
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix low-fat yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill.
- Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet or grill rack. Drizzle lightly with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Bake or grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
