JOWAR MEDLEY

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetables (peas, carrots, beans)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee for cooking

Directions:

  1. Prepare Dough: Mix jowar flour with salt and water to form a dough.
  2. Cook Vegetables: Sauté vegetables with cumin seeds and spices.
  3. Cook Jowar Medley: Roll out the dough, cook it on a griddle, and serve with sautéed vegetables.
  4. Serve: Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
