    HEALTHY OATS UPMA

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1/2 onion (chopped)
    • 1/4 cup peas
    • 1/4 cup carrots (grated)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Make the Batter: Blend soaked moong dal into a smooth batter, add water if necessary.
    2. Add Paneer and Spices: Mix grated paneer, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt into the batter.
    3. Cook Chilla: Heat a non-stick pan with ghee or oil, pour the batter to form a chilla, cook on both sides until golden brown.
    4. Serve: Serve with chutney or yogurt.
