Balanced meal for stable glucose levels
Ingredients:
- Brown rice – ½ cup
- Moong dal – ¼ cup
- Onion – 1, chopped
- Tomato – 1, chopped
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Jeera – ½ tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
- Wash rice & dal thoroughly.
- Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera.
- Add onion & tomato and sauté.
- Add rice, dal, turmeric & salt.
- Add 2.5 cups water & pressure cook for 3–4 whistles.
