    HEALTHY OATS IDLI

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 1/2 cup rava (semolina)
    • 1/4 cup yogurt
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Oil for greasing

    Directions:

    1. Prepare the Batter: Grind oats into a fine powder, mix with rava, yogurt, baking soda, and salt. Add water to form a batter.
    2. Steam the Idli: Grease idli molds, pour the batter into molds, and steam for 10-12 minutes.
    3. Serve: Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
