- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup carrots (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Make the Batter: Blend soaked moong dal into a smooth batter, add water if necessary.
- Add Paneer and Spices: Mix grated paneer, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt into the batter.
- Cook Chilla: Heat a non-stick pan with ghee or oil, pour the batter to form a chilla, cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve with chutney or yogurt.
