Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat ½ tsp butter in a small nonstick pan, crack one egg on the pan.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over it and allow it to cook on medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make one more sunny side up eggs.
  4. Serve immediately.
