Peanut Protein Balls
This is a quick and easy dessert recipe, and perfect for those days when you have craving for something sweet.
- 1 Cup roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup soft jaggery
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- First, we need to roast the peanuts. Now, transfer them to a mixer grinder and blend well to form a smooth paste.
- Next, add the jaggery and sesame seeds. Grind well.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and enjoy!
