Ingredients:
- Oats- 2 ½ tbsp
- Crushed almond / walnuts- 1 tsp
- Dates puree/ honey – 1 tsp[ if required]
- Milk- 75ml
- ½ cup water

Directions:
- Make powder of oats
- In a pan add milk, water, powdered oats, crushed almond/ walnuts, and dates [ 3 almonds / 2 walnuts / 2 dates ]
- Cook for a few minutes till thick 4
- Empty in a bowl & serve.
