MULTIGRAIN DALIYA DOSA

Ingredients:

  • Udad dal -10g
  • Daliya-  20g
  • Rice –
  • Fenugreek seeds-  ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil-  ½ tsp

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Soak urad dal, Dalia, and rice along with fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind to a smooth thick paste.  Ferment overnight.
  2. Stir the batter, add water if needed to make a spreadable batter, adjust salt if needed.
  3. Spread out on hot a nonstick pan like any regular dosa, drizzle a few drops of oil, cook for 1-2 minutes on medium-high heat.
  4. Roll and serve hot with fresh mint chutney.
