Lemon Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast(60-75gm) (4-5 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1-½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Marination: Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs on both sides. Combine it with the other ingredients olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Marinate for 20 mins.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  3. Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook for about 10- 15 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
