Ingredients:
- Chicken breast(60-75gm) (4-5 pieces)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
- Salt as per taste
- 1-½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
- Marination: Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs on both sides. Combine it with the other ingredients olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Marinate for 20 mins.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook for about 10- 15 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
