CRISPY SPINACH AND PANEER OPEN TOAST

Ingredients:

  • Multigrain/whole wheat bread toasted – 1 
  • Spinach and Paneer Spread:
  • Spinach (palak) (blanched and finely chopped) – 3 tbsp.  
  • Paneer (grated) – 1 tbsp.
  • Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients to prepare the spread.
  2. Spread a portion of the spinach and paneer spread on each toasted bread slice and cut them diagonally. 
  3. Serve.
