Bajra Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

For Pizza Base
  • 2 cups bajra (black millet) flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat (gehun) flour
  • pinch of salt
  • Hot Water
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp garlic chutney
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1tbsp sliced olives
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2tbsp cottage cheese
  • ( You can add other veggies of your choice)

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Knead soft dough with the bajra and wheat flour adding the salt.
  2. Roll out into 2 thick chapattis and semi roast them. Keep aside.
  3. Place the semi cooked bajra chapatti in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread red garlic chutney.
  5. Garnish with raw vegetables like capsicum, onion, tomato, olives etc.
  6. Spread cottage cheese on top.
  7. Bake the pizza in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes.
