Gut-friendly, fibre-rich comfort meal
Ingredients:
Daliya – ½ cup
Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Jeera – ½ tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Directions:
Wash daliya & moong dal well.
Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera.
Add vegetables and sauté.
Add daliya, dal, turmeric & salt.
Add 2 cups of water & pressure cook for 3 whistles.
