Directions:

- Use a wet grinder/mixer to grind moong dal and rice. Add drained water to make a smooth batter.
- But the consistency can be medium thick to that of dosa batter. Pour the batter into a vessel.
- Grind green chili, garlic, ginger, coriander/ mint leaves, and flaxseed with little water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the paste and salt to the batter.
- Add water to the batter to get an even flow consistency (same as dosa batter) and keep it aside for at least an hour to enhance the flavor.
- Heat a non-stick Tawa, grease it with 1/4th tsp oil. Pour the batter and spread it evenly in a circular shape.
- Add remaining 1/4th tsp oil on it and allow it to cook on medium-high heat until the base turns golden.
- Flip it when the edges begin to rise from the pan.
- Serve hot with mint-coriander chutney.
