HEALTHY Vegetable & Soya Tikkis

This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup minced soya granules (boiled)
  • ¼ cup grated cabbage
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp roasted oats or besan
  • Spices: salt, coriander powder, turmeric, chili
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Prep Soya: Boil, squeeze, and mince soya granules.
  2. Combine Veggies: Mix with cabbage, carrot, onion, oats, and spices.
  3. Form Patties: Make small tikkis.
  4. Shallow Fry: Cook in olive oil until crisp and golden.
  5. Serve: Pair with green chutney or curd.
