- Spices: salt, coriander powder, turmeric, chili
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
- Prep Soya: Boil, squeeze, and mince soya granules.
- Combine Veggies: Mix with cabbage, carrot, onion, oats, and spices.
- Form Patties: Make small tikkis.
- Shallow Fry: Cook in olive oil until crisp and golden.
- Serve: Pair with green chutney or curd.
