HEALTHY Soya Chunks Tikki

This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup soya chunks (soaked and minced)
  • ¼ cup grated beetroot
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp roasted gram flour (besan)
  • Spices: salt, garam masala, cumin, chili powder
  • 1 tsp ghee or olive oil

Directions:

  1. Prepare Soya: Soak and squeeze excess water from soya chunks, then mince.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine soya with beetroot, coriander, besan, and spices.
  3. Shape Tikkis: Form into small round patties.
  4. Cook: Heat ghee in a pan and cook until crisp on both sides.
  5. Serve: Enjoy with lemon wedges or a yogurt dip.
