- ¼ cup grated carrot

- 1 tsp olive oil (for shallow frying)
Directions:
- Mash Chickpeas: In a bowl, mash the boiled chickpeas until coarse.
- Add Ingredients: Mix in carrot, onion, ginger-garlic paste, oats, and spices.
- Form Tikkis: Shape into small patties.
