Ingredients:
1/4 cup drumstick pieces (cut into 2-inch pieces)
1/4 cup bottle gourd (doodhi), chopped
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 1/2 cups water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, sauté onions and ginger.
Add drumstick, bottle gourd, and water.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Mash slightly or strain for clear soup.
Add salt and black pepper, mix well.
Serve warm.
