- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tomato (chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
Directions:
- Heat Oil: In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add onions, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add Spices: Stir in turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook Eggs: Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them until fully cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or paratha.
