SPINACH FETA CHEESE EGG OMELETTE

Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp feta cheese

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Take a non-stick pan and spread a little oil over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add Egg sprinkle with pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until Egg begins to set.
  3. Gently lift edges and tilt to allow uncooked Egg Beaters to run underneath. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until set.
  4. Top half of omelet with spinach, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Fold remaining half of omelet over filling
