QUICK OATS UPMA

Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • 5 – 6 Tbsp oats
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves 3 – 4
  • 1 Green chili [ cut in small pieces]
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 1 ½ water [ add more water as per your choice]

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Add 2 tsp ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, once the seeds crackle, add curry leaves, salt.
  2. Add Oats and mix well.
  3. Add some water and mix well till the oats are cooked properly [ 2 – 3 mins].
  4. Ready to serve!
