This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 80g paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are softened.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in 1/4 cup water and cook for another 5-7 minutesAdd crumbled paneer and garam masala. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
