Healthy Tofu Veggie Stir-Fry

This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup firm tofu (cubed)
  • ¼ cup bell peppers (mixed colors, sliced)
  • 2 tbsp onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Sauté Tofu: In a pan, heat oil and lightly sauté tofu cubes till golden.
  • Add Veggies: Toss in bell peppers and onion, cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Flavor: Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt. Stir well.
  • Toss: Cook for 1–2 more minutes till flavors combine.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot as a protein-rich meal.
